I read a book awhile back ago...maybe 4 or 5 months ago, called Girl Soldier. It was an amazing story of the survival of a child who was abducted in Uganda and forced to fight in the rebel army.
A few weeks ago, I came across an interview by CNN...it is an interview with this same girl who's biography I read. So here it is...the side of war that most Americans don't see...the unfortunate veterans who should have never been recruited in the first place.
