Drinkable...?

Okay so here is a bit of randomness...

I want to coin a new sauce word...but not really a new word...just a level of "done-ness"

Being the good Italian that I am...I love sauce!

Just thinking about it makes me hungry!

So today when I was making my sauce for dinner, I naturally was sampling it to see if it was ready...

I tasted it about 5 or 6 times and then it came to me...

This sauce is perfect...

How do I know this...

Because if someone handed me a thermos I would be willing to pour the sauce in and drink it...

So yeah...my sauce isn't done until its drinkable...

Makes sense in my mind...

Probably no one elses but like I said...I was feeling kinda random ;)
